Administrative Clerk– Intermediate Level (Full Time) 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

         Provides information by phone and in person for customers regarding permit procedures, utility services and installations, land surveying, building permits, septic and water well financing, land improvement questions, etc.

         Assist customers with filling out applications and permits.

         Schedules and maintains a calendar of appointments.

         Investigates and solves customers’ property services issues.

         Maintains and updates Activity Services Logs per subdivision.

         Updates and reports a monthly and annual tally of utilities per subdivision 

         Prepares notices and mailings on subdivisions ready with services, as needed.

         Maintains and updates Survey Log such as, survey orders and survey invoicing.

         Notifies property owners by phone and by mail on land surveying.

         Reviews weekly sales to determine if land surveying of properties is required.

         Provides financial assistance for water well and septic systems in one subdivision.

         Screens land complaints, investigates and routes to Construction Manager

         Runs errands, as needed.

         Other job duties may apply, as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:

         Minimum Two-Year College or substitute for 2 years+ office experience 

         Excellent computer skills, especially typing and knowledge of Word and Excel

         Speak and write in Spanish.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES:

         Great communication and listening skills.

         Must be able to problem solve and make decisions. 

         Must be detail-oriented.

Position Type: Hourly

Employment Type: Full Time- Work Schedule 8 am-5pm
