Summary:
Colony Ridge Development LLC is seeking a Licensed Civil Engineer to join our Land Development team in our Conroe, TX office. Colony Ridge has a highly experienced and dynamic team of individuals. dedicated to providing high-level professional services on all phases of our developments.
The Licensed Civil Engineer will be working on a dynamic, fast-paced team designing and preparing construction plans for residential, commercial, industrial, recreational, and transportation projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- 7 years minimum experience in public works projects desired, P.E. preferred
- Duties include preparation of storm drainage, water, sanitary sewer, street, storm detention, parking lot, grading and paving, construction plans and other related civil engineer duties
- Experience in Civil3D preferred
- Must be able to work well with the team, agencies, and vendors
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Conroe, TX 77301: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Civil engineering: 7 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- PE (Preferred)
Schedule/Location:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday, Full Time
- Overtime
- In Person
