Summary:
Colony Ridge Development LLC is seeking a Civil Engineering Technician to join our Land Development team in our Conroe, TX office. Colony Ridge has a highly experienced and dynamic team of individuals, dedicated to providing high-level professional services on all phases of our developments.
The Civil Engineering Tech will work on a team providing support to a licensed Civil Engineer while learning the company’s standard practices and local agency codes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- In pursuit of Engineering license
- Drafting and a limited design of projects under the direction of an Engineer
- Experience in Civil3D required
- Ability to collaboratively solve complex issues on time and within budget
- Strong Organizational skills
- Self-Motivated
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Conroe, TX 77301: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Drafting: 1 year (Preferred)
Schedule/Location:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday, Full Time
- Overtime
- In Person
