Job 1: Administrative Clerk– Intermediate Level (Full Time)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides information by phone and in-person for customers regarding permit procedures, utility services and installations, land surveying, building permits, septic and water well financing, land improvement questions, etc.
- Assist customers with filling out applications and permits
- Schedules and maintains a calendar of appointments
- Investigates and solves customers property services issues
- Maintains and updates Activity Services Logs per subdivision
- Updates and reports monthly and annual tallies of utilities per subdivision
- Prepares notices and mailings on subdivisions ready with services, as needed
- Maintains and updates Survey Log such as survey orders and survey invoicing
- Notifies property owners by phone and by mail on land surveying
- Reviews weekly sales to determine if land surveying of properties is required
- Provides financial assistance for water well and septic systems in one subdivision
- Screens land complaints investigate and routes to Construction Manager
- Runs errands, as needed
- Other job duties may apply, as needed
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:
- Minimum Two-Year College or substitute for 2 years+ office experience
- Excellent computer skills, especially typing and knowledge of Word and Excel
- Speak and write in Spanish

- Great communication and listening skills
- Must be able to problem-solve and make decisions
- Must be detail-oriented
Position Type: Hourly
Employment Type: Full Time- Work Schedule 8 am-5 pm
