Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet customers as they come in
  • Provide a high level of customer service and satisfaction
  • Answers multiple phone calls, transfers phone calls and handles messages
  • Answers questions for customers on the phone and in-person
  • Processes customers’ payments and provides receipts to customers
  • Enters data into Database System
  • File and organize payment records accordingly
  • Performs other additional duties as needed

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Fully bilingual in English/Spanish
  • 3 plus years of cash handling or Customer Service/Admin/Clerical experience
  • 3 plus year of front desk/ receptionist work

Skills, Knowledge, Abilities

  • Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner
  • Must be accurate and pay attention to detail in the daily work operations
  • Must be able to multi-task at all times
  • Must be able to work the copier, sort, file, distribute reports and mail
